Similarity research

Within the scope of the similarity research, we offer a trademark research for already applied for, published or registered similar trademarks and trademarks with a likelihood of confusion. The research includes German trademarks, trademarks in the other member states of the European Union, Union trademarks (trademark with validity for the entire EU) as well as international trademark registrations with extension to the EU or one of its member states. In addition, we check the German Commercial Register for you for registered, identical company trademarks. At the end you will receive a research report. The hourly quota for this is 6 hours. If we need more time for the search, we will coordinate this with you individually and offer further processing at an hourly rate of 150.00 € net.
