FAQ
How does the legal and tax advice work?
All our advisors are experts in their respective fields. They work in a goal-oriented, structured and very digital way so that you can be helped efficiently. The counselling always takes place via chat and/or video conference.
How do I find the right counsellor and how do I make an appointment?
As soon as you have booked a counselling package, one of our counsellors will contact you to plan the further procedure. Together you will discuss which acute issues you need to address and which counselling sessions make sense for you. He or she will organise a kick-off meeting where you will get to know the different counsellors from the network. You then approach them individually.
How are the counselling hours recorded and attested?
We record the counselling hours in timesheets, which we make available to you on a monthly basis. The time recording is done in 6-minute intervals, whereby we principally round off. The respective timesheet also shows the number of remaining hours, so that you always have an overview of the remaining time quota. As soon as the counselling quota is used up, we will inform you accordingly. There will be no extra hours that you have not agreed to.
How long can I use the quotas?
Quotas can be used until the 31st of December of the third year after acquisition of the quota. Only then do they expire.
Is a refund of unused quotas possible?
A refund of unused quotas is unfortunately not possible, but you can request an "exchange" for other products in our portfolio.
