As part of the similarity search, we offer a trade mark search for similar trade marks that have already been applied for, published or registered and trade marks with a likelihood of confusion.

Check for double likelihood of confusion

There is always a likelihood of confusion if there is a so-called double likelihood of confusion, i.e. both the sign and the list of goods and services can be confused. We carry out a software-supported search and analyse the automated report individually. A detailed search report is created that provides you with an overview of the trade marks of third parties that could be confused and contains a detailed legal assessment on our part. This makes it the perfect basis for investor negotiations, as they often attach great importance to a stringent trade mark strategy.
