Do you need a data protection declaration for your website? We will be happy to create a data protection declaration for you that is individually tailored to your website.
Do you need a sample data processing agreement? We will create the sample you need for your company.
Technical and organisational measures are the measures prescribed by Art. 32 GDPR to ensure the security of the processing of personal data. Each controller must document the TOMs in their records of processing activities. We will be happy to create the TOMs for your company in consultation with you.
For the first year of the contract, a 20% discount is included in the price.

Our advice is provided remotely and data is exchanged securely. This ensures maximum flexibility. By purchasing the package, you will not incur any unexpected costs and you will have a full overview of the costs.
The maximum number of hours for this type of advice is 10 hours. Should we require more time to provide this, we will discuss this with you individually. We will then offer you the opportunity to purchase an hourly package for legal and tax advice at a discounted rate.
